Visiting an author 2.7.19

Y2 had a fantastic time on our Author visit to Thomas Hardye school on Tuesday. We joined with several other Y2 pupils from surrounding villages to listen to Lucy Volpin talking about the two stories she has written and illustrated and another one on the way next year. The children were surprised to hear that it takes two years to publish a book from start to finish! The best part of the morning was when Lucy taught us all in stages how to draw ‘Crocodali’.
