  • Tag Rugby Festival

    Wed 18 Oct 2017

Today we took part in a tag rugby festival at Dorchester Rugby club, we played 5 other schools from Charminster, Damers, POW, Winterbourne Valley and Manor park. We started off going around the 5 stations practising our skills and then we played against the other schools in mini games. We scored lots of tries, tagged well and came away very muddy with smiles on our faces.

Jacob, Sam, Thomas, Charlie E, Will, Alex, Charlie S, Rosa, Martha and Summer were all our 7 C's and did us all proud.

  • Harvest Service

    Tue 03 Oct 2017
Today we celebrated our Harvest Service in St. Mary's church. Each class performed and we all sang Harvest Songs. The Giant Class sang 'Big Red Combine Harvester', the Trendle Class performed a poem called 'Harvest Time' and The Abbey class performed a Harvest Rap. We especially loved singing our new school song 'Harvest Samba'.

A positive, purposeful and enthusiastic atmosphere
