Theatre trip 1.5.24

We had such a fantastic time this morning visiting Weymouth Pavilion for the musical adaptation of 'Charlie Cook's Favourite Book'. During the show, Charlie was trying to convince his sister that books were fun, exciting and full of adventure! The cast told their stories with exciting props, singing and dancing. Some of the children's favourites included the Goldilocks hide and seek, the story when the jewel thief was captured, the crocodile who ate all the books (and kept burping!!), the knight who was afraid of the dragon and many, many more!
It was very special to see the children so enthralled and captivated by the performance. Thank you so much for the support from parents and FOCAS to enable trips such as these to happen. The children had such a fantastic time!

A positive, purposeful and enthusiastic atmosphere
