Bovington Tank Museum Trip

The children had a fantastic day at the Bovington Tank Museum! They experienced the inside of a WW1 tank, learnt about the funny tanks of WW2, experienced the lives of the soldiers on the frontline during WW1 and had time to take in all of the exhibits there. They asked super questions and were super inquisitive! Lots of photos and stories from today will be used in a newspaper article the children are writing in English. They will also be drawing their favourite tanks from today in their topic lessons.

As Remembrance day is the day after the trip, the children will be able to further relate to the meaning of the day and the importance of its reflection.
