Tea Party to celebrate our Cerne Abbas Superheroes! 2.2.23

This week we hosted our celebratory ‘Superheroes Tea Party’. We invited parents and family members as well as other 'heroes' in our local community including Dr Stefan, Reverend Jonathon, staff from Casterbridge Manor Care Home, members of our school FOCAS, school governors, Jess from Cerne Wildlife Rescue and others! We treated them by decorating the village hall and preparing refreshments and entertainment. A special thank you to Natalie the Community Champion at Tesco Dorchester who donated tea, coffee and biscuits for our tea party guests this week.

Our special guests particularly enjoyed watching our 'thank you' video messages and us singing our 'thank you song'. How lucky we are to be part of such interconnected community where there are so many people here to support and help us. We hope they feel valued and appreciated for all the important work they do to help others.
