Wonderful Woodland Walk! 15.5.14
This week in Literacy the children have been researching persuasive features of T.V adverts, and then writing their own scripts to include these features for their own adverts. We have not had chance to film them yet, but when we do I will upload them to the website.
In Numeracy we have been learning about fractions, this has been really hard learning and we have had to be really confident learners to have a go.
To end our week we have had a fabulous day learning about ancient woodland and the animals and plants in this unique habitat. We were blessed with the weather and we had a great time being woodland detectives and looking for clues as to who uses the woodland. We then came back to class and reported our findings to each other and learnt about food webs.
