Today the school nurse came to talk to us about our marvellous bodies and how we keep them healthy. We need to eat healthily, get lots of sleep, play lots, keep clean and talk about any feelings that may be worrying us. She brought Healthy Ted along with her because he is a good example of how to keep our bodies staying marvellous. He showed us his bags with all the healthy things in that we all need to keep in good condition.
