Nocturnal Animals

We have had a lovely first week of term in Trendle Class! 

In English we have been learning about questions and question marks. We have thought of some great questions to find out about our new topic and put them up on the wall in our classroom. We have also been practising our speaking and listening skills by 'hot seating' our nocturnal animals when we were dressed up on Wednesday. We all had the chance to pretend we were the animal we were dressed up as and had to answer questions as if we were that animal! Trendle class loved this activity and had some super questions and answers! 

In Maths this week we have been learning about some new resources and skills which will help us in our Maths learning. Can you ask your child what may help them in their Maths learning? 

Thank you so much to everyone for all the effort you put into the children's costumes for our nocturnal animal dressing up day - it has definitely got them captured and excited to learn!
