Giant Puppet Making 11.03.20
We have had a great week in Trendle Class! We have been planning our own stories based on the Mr Wolf's Pancakes book in English. In Maths we have been counting in 5s and multiplying by 5. In Science we have started to learn about the seasons.
On Wednesday and Thursday the children worked with a master puppeteer called Jig. We made a giant bee puppet and lots of worker bee puppets. We made them out of willow, coloured tracing paper and glue. It was such great fun. We plan to walk them from the Giant through the village as part of the May Day celebrations. Thank you very much to Valya's mummy and Jig for providing such a fantastic experience for the children.
A positive, purposeful and enthusiastic atmosphere
