Maths Day 20.5.15
Yesterday, we had a whole school Maths day. We started the day by mixing the classes together to play Maths games. We tried out different games to see which sort of game we liked best. We then went back to our own classes to design our own games. It was important that we chose our the mathematical skill that we wanted to teach through our game very carefully. We then created the games.
We had a mixture of board games and card games. At the end of the day our families and friend were invited to play our games with us and share in the Maths learning.
Maths is fun after all!!!
