Iconographer 17.6.16
We went to see an icononographer at work on Friday. He paints pictures and uses real gold on them. He also mixes his paint with egg yolk to make it dry very hard. He is making an icon for our church of Jesus being baptised. We were allowed to watch him paint but not touch the paints as they are poisonous. We look forward to seeing the completed work when it is displayed in our church.
