More Fun with The Three Little Pigs!

This week we have enjoyed learning the story of The Three Little Pigs even more! Giant Class have been using their story map to retell the story with actions and have been trying really hard! They have been very confident and conscientious caterpillars! By the end of the week Giant Class were ready to write the story all by themselves! They were sprinkled with 'Storytelling Magic Sprinkles' and the results were amazing! Some great story writing!

In Maths this week Giant Class have been learning about halving. Perhaps Giant Class could help you at home by cutting some things in half or by sharing out some things into two groups? I would love to see some halving observations from home on Tapestry!

In Phonics this week we have boon learning the alphabet letter names as well as learning the new sound 'ay' and writing lots of tricky words!

Our class caterpillars are getting even bigger and I think they will soon be cocoons! Giant Class have been looking after them very well and showing lots of interests in them.
