School Nurse Visit

We had a lovely visit from our school nurse on Wednesday morning. She came in to see us and tell us about her job as a school nurse. She told us what she does, including hearing tests and checking children's weight and height. She showed us the equipment she uses and her friend 'Healthy Ted'. We talked about eating healthy and getting lots of exercise. At the end of the session, Giant Class asked her lots of great questions! We learnt lots!

In Maths this week we have been learning how to add with objects and how to order numbers.

In Phonics this week we have been learning lots of new sounds as well as learning some letter names. We have been singing alphabet songs and playing games to help us learn the names of the letters.
