Welcome from the new Trendle Class 05.09.14
We have had a fun start to our new term in the Trendle Class. We have spent our first days together getting to know one another and finding out about each other. We have also sorted some of our classroom routines and decided on our class charter.
On Wednesday we had a visit from the school nurse and her assistant as the 'capture' to our topic 'Marvellous Me'. She had five bags which all contained something different to help us remember how to look after our marvellous bodies. One bag contained healthy food, another exercise games, another sleeping items, one contained the things we need to keep clean and the final one some books to help us think about our feelings.
The children chose which items they thought were the most important and we talked aout these. We are now looking forward to finding out even more about ourselves over the next seven weeks and we will let you know more as we learn more.
