A Bugs Life! 08.05.14

We are continuing to enjoy our mini beast topic. This week one of our favourite learning activities has been making homes for mini beasts out of the duplo. Giant Class have been labelling their bug homes with labels they have written themselves.

In Literacy this week we have been planning our own stories and have began writing them too. We are writing stories about our favourite creatures in the style of ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’. Giant Class have been very confident and conscientious!

In Maths this week we have been learning how to take away with objects as well as counting back on a number line.
