Easter Bonnet Parade!

We had a fabulous Friday afternoon! All the children and staff came into school in wonderful, handmade Easter bonnets and paraded their bonnets through the streets of Cerne Abbas today! It was a truly fantastic sight of beautiful Spring colours, big smiles and the sound of instruments and laughter! We do so hope this becomes another wonderful Cerne Abbas tradition as it was a very fun afternoon and brought the whole community together in true Cerne Abbas CE VC First School style!

Thank you to everyone who made the afternoon such a success - for the many children and parents who helped decorate bonnets, the members of the community and parents who came to join us and the FOCUS team for arranging it, Mrs Wall in particular.

Our parade was followed by a very tasty cake sale! A good afternoon was had by one and all!
