Autumn day 08.10.15
Today was our Autumn day. We had Martin the story teller in and he told us some brilliant stories about Autumn. He then got us talking about when we know it is Autumn, before going over to our field to find signs of Autumn. Martin got us thinking about the smell of Autumn and we made smelly potions, mixing up all the smells of Autumn before writing a recipe for our potions. We were asked to be courteous learners this afternoon, but this really was not hard because Martin was so interesting and taught us so much, getting us to think about words and science.
