The Queen's Birthday

We celebrated the Queen's 90th birthday on Friday. The day included a visit to school from 2 people from the village who were both in their 90's, a street party, a visit from the Queen with one of her corgis and tea and cake!!

Activities that children enjoyed in the classroom included making bunting, making crowns, thinking of questions to interview the Queen and 90 year olds with and designing the Queen's birthday cake. We have a really good day.
