Polar Explorers Day 11.1.17
Today was our Polar Explorer Day. The day involved learning about Captain's Scott's trip to Antarctica, making our classroom into the South Pole with an explorers tent, tasting food that captain Scott took on his expedition, researching polar animals, polar bear artwork and making penguins. We finished the day with a snowball fight (using cotton wool and paper snow).
A positive, purposeful and enthusiastic atmosphere
