Global Art 03.07.14
This week Trendle Class have continued their global eploration. The children have completed their Creation stories and created some more African-inspired artwork to accompany them. This has included collages of a favourite Creation story, an African sunset with animal silhouettes and some Tingatinga paintings.
The children have also begun to put together a Salsa dance with Mrs Price and Miss Notley in their PE session, whichwe hope to share in our Learning Exposure next Wednesday. The children are also looking forward to sharing and talking about their information booklets about Brazil and the pieces of Art that they have created.
Next week we will be continuing our global journey and moving onto the Caribbean where we will start by sharing stories about Anansi and acting them out.
