Getting ready for the market 15.05.14

In preparation for our Learning Exposure next Wednesday, the children have begun designing and making goods to sell at our Roman market. They have had great fun creating pots and pendants from clay which they will decorate next week ready to display on our stalls. Next week we plan to make bread and honey cake for our food stall, and grape juice (wine) will be available to drink. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, all of the children will be taking part in some Forest School activities with a Roman theme, where they will have the opportunity to make more products. In Computing they have produced some posters to advertise the event, which we have displayed in the classroom. We look forward to welcoming everyone and sharing our learning with you.
