School in a Bag 18.11.15
We were very excited today because the School in the Bag charity visited us. Last year we raised some money to buy bags with school resources in for children who were not fortunate to have proper schooling. We packed the bags for the children with items including pens, pencils, a lunchbox and writing paper. The bags went to a primary school in Fiji and today we saw pictures of the children with the very bags that we had packed. We also wrote letters to the children and put them into the bags. Some of the children replied to our letters and we read them today. This is very exciting for us because we now intend to write to the children again. It is very rewarding to be able to raise money and then see where the money goes.
