Fire! Fire! Fire!

This week in Trendle Class we have been enjoying learning more about The Great Fire of London! We have learnt about what happened on each day during the fire, by sequencing the events as a group and re-telling the story verbally before finally writing it down. 

In Maths we have been learning more about adding, especially on a number line. Our learning this week has been challenging but fun!! 

In Science we have been learning more about everyday materials; we have been exploring the properties of these materials. 

We are really looking forward to our trip to Shire Hall on Monday to learn about The Great Fire of Dorchester and it's similarities to The Great Fire of London!
