Global Week! 02.07.18
A Global Feast!
Today in Giant Class we learnt all about different foods from different cultures! A huge thank you to parents and children who brought in delicious foods from around the world to help us learn. Giant Class were brilliant at trying the different foods! Every child shared some information about their food and where possible some facts about the country their food was from. It was a great learning experience!
Today we also reflected on how lucky we are to have all the wonderful food we have and thought about children and families in places like Romania where people are very poor and hungry. We have decided as a school to do more to support our school's chosen charity 'Heart Response' who have feeding programmes in Romania to support these families as we are global citizens and we want to do something to help.
