Easter 27.03.15

Wow, what a busy week. SO busy, that I have forgotten to take many photos!!

This week in maths we have looked at measuring in the real world and made biscuits. We discussed why all the mixtures turned out slightly differently- inaccurate measuring, scales not very accurate, forgetting to set scales to zero, etc. We also complete a maths Easter egg hunt. We had some really tricky problem solving clues, but we remained confident, and co-operatively worked out the answers. I was so impressed at how conscientious they all were, as they were not always easy to work out.

In PE we had a Zumba testing session, it was lots of fun, and even those of us that were feeling less confident could not help but be affected by the music and join in.

Today, to finish off the term we had our Easter service, I hope you enjoyed it, the children have been very considerate in thinking of the most important events in the Easter story and writing their own sketches to perform to you all.

I hope you all have a lovely holiday, and I shall see you all in the new term.

A positive, purposeful and enthusiastic atmosphere
