Kidsmeet

6 children had a wonderful day experimenting and showing other children ICT apps and internet based games today at Thomas Hardye School in Dorchester. We took along our tablets and were very confident in showing others how to use Scratch Jnr, we showed them how to create scenes with different characters and props and how we used coding to get them to move.

We also had a go at Minecraft, animation, the green screen (which was great fun), heard the electric guitar (brilliant rendition of Prince's Purple Rain) and learnt about Drones.

They were shown Scratch, Kahoot, Makey Makey Magic Tatts, Book creator, BBC Dancemat, Class Dosho and Animate it from the other first schools.

It was a fantastic day of learning and the children showed all our 7 C's throughout the day! Thank you also to Mrs Emm for coming with us.
